Join us as MYM and the Phillies launch the 6th season of Strike Out the Stigma on Wednesday, April 29. The theme is Mental Health in Sports and will feature a panel discussion with Drew Robinson, mental health advocate for the San Francisco Giants, Dr. Shana Alexander, director of mental health and wellness for the San Francisco Giants, David Dombrowski, president of baseball operations for the Philadelphia Phillies, led by Dr. Deanna Nobleza, director of mental health for the Philadelphia Phillies. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to Minding Your Mind.

Minding Your Mind has one remaining guaranteed entry available for the 2026 Independence Broad Street Run on May 3. Runners can receive a bib in exchange for raising $750 to fund our mental health education and suicide prevention programs in Philly area schools.

A Community Conversation with Melissa Harrison from Minding Your Mind, powered by the VIA of Doylestown’s REACH initiative. This 90-minute program discusses the signs and symptoms of the mental health issues most prevalent in adolescents through young adulthood, and how to know the difference from typical teenage behavior. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and get concrete answers for practical steps they can take in real time—who has time to wait? This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, registration is required.

Join the A Celebration of Life: New Jersey Planning Committee for a meaningful event centered on what matters most: sharing stories within our community. MYM Speaker Sarika will share her powerful story. This special evening is donation-based, and all funds raised will go directly toward A Celebration of Life: New Jersey, supporting mental health education and suicide prevention programs for students across New Jersey.

While AI technology is evolving quickly, awareness, education, and coordinated leadership can help families respond with clarity and confidence. The aim is to provide parents with practical insight—not just about the risks, but also about what they can do.

The New Jersey Governor's Council on Mental Health Stigma invites everyone to the Sing! for Mental Health Live Concert: Exploring Dimensions of Wellness at The College of New Jersey's Brower Student Center Auditorium on May 13, 2026 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Minding Your Mind will be there as the Philadelphia Phillies are being honored by the New Jersey Governor's Council for Strike Out the Stigma. Come for the concert and visit us at our exhibit table. $10 per person to attend.

MYM speaker Tiffany will serve as a keynote speaker on May 28 at the Forum on Pennsylvania’s Children, hosted by VOCE. She’ll be sharing her lived experience as a survivor of childhood trauma and mental health challenges—and the journey of healing, resilience, and hope that followed. If you’re passionate about mental health, trauma-informed care, and creating spaces where healing conversations can happen, we hope you’ll join Tiffany at the Forum.

Join Minding Your Mind at the 6th annual A Celebration of Life: New Jersey. A Celebration of Life is a movement focused on inspiring hope while also remembering lives that have been lost to suicide. All funds raised will support Minding Your Mind's mental health education and suicide prevention programs in New Jersey.

The Montgomery County Suicide Prevention Task Force is hosting its first annual symposium, "Suicide Prevention for At-Risk Populations," featuring Minding Your Mind young adult speaker Jordan. This program is being offered free of charge to Montgomery County residents based on support from the Montgomery County Office of Mental Health, the Montgomery County Suicide Prevention Task Force, and generous sponsors.
