Ben Zuckerman Legacy Fund

Ben Zuckerman

Ben Zuckerman was a giant in life and a giant in industry. As president of the fourth-generation bottling and canning firm, Zuckerman Honickman, and through his innovation, he established Zuckerman Honickman as an industry leader. As a man of honor, integrity, and a member of our Board of Directors, he helped guide Minding Your Mind for 12 years.

When we lose someone close to us, there is always a void. When we lose someone like Ben, that void can never be filled. An original member of the Board of Directors for Minding Your Mind, his enthusiasm and light inspired everyone in the early days of the organization’s development. His unparalleled dedication to the purpose was instrumental in our ability to grow. His keen vision kept Minding Your Mind mission-focused so that the growth did not impact the quality of our programs.

More than anything, his warmth was a magnet that drew in people from all parts of his life and gave Minding Your Mind some of our closest friends and devoted supporters. His tremendous efforts in fundraising, along with his very generous personal contributions, helped to enable Minding Your Mind to provide presentations to over 1,000,000 students, faculty members, and parents during his tenure.

In recognition of his life and to honor his devotion to Minding Your Mind, the Zuckerman Family has established the Ben Zuckerman Legacy Fund.  The Ben Zuckerman Legacy Fund will provide mental health education programs to schools and communities in need across the country. Gifts to the Ben Zuckerman Legacy Fund are tax-deductible, as allowed by law.
