My art is related to mental health from the moment; it is a therapy, a way of channeling, thoughts, feelings, sensations. It tries to highlight the beauty of the world, the people, the nature of which we are part, and how we live in it and it in us.

About the Artist

I was born in Uruguay in 1982. I studied at the university with a degree in physical education. I worked 12 years teaching in public schools until that no longer filled my soul. My husband and I felt that it was time for a change, and we looked together with our 9-year-old daughter, for a new country to start over. We have lived in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico since 2019. in that year I began to paint, without any study, as a work-outing from home. But with all that start, a self-discovery began; I did not know that I could paint, and with the power of observation I began to improve and I continue to learn. The change of life was undoubtedly the best option, following your gut and your heart is always the best. Learning to listen to yourself and be true to yourself is an important part of this journey.
