This oil painting is a part (chapter 5) of my ‘Voices’ series, which aims
to bring forth the unheard voices around. This chapter is about breaking free
from the societal shackles that has one bound; being told to follow everyone
else, constant expectations to be something else and suppression of one’s own
heart and soul from external pressures.

Hamada is a 20 year old artist from Pakistan. Being at a time where I wanted to find myself, my purpose, wanting to find my voice, I started my art career officially through my Voices series and used painting as a medium of expression, portraying it through unique video content.
