As an artist, she believes art can catalyze discussions around untouchable topics, and Art’s capacity to transform, heal and strengthen. By her works, she seeks to highlight how it is pertinent that we acknowledge our inner feelings. Her works focuses on empowerment and self acceptance, many pieces shedding light on mental health, a topic that is close to her heart as she also struggled with depression and anxiety. She channels her own struggles into her work, they are a reflection of her emotions and struggles that she didn't get to express. With her art she wants to #LivetoTell strength in vulnerability with oneself, by freely expressing your authentic self, the good and the bad. She hopes that by sharing her art, those who are also going through the struggles connect to it. She thinks it's beautiful to share our feelings/authentic self through art, because it gives other people who can connect to it a validation of their feelings as well, hoping to covey a message to them that they are not alone in their journey, that the bad and the good are both equally okay, and it what's makes us human.
