Building Blocks of Coping

What do you do to make yourself feel better when you’re stressed or feeling anxious? Did you know that what you choose is called a coping skill? Sometimes they can be negative (booo, we don’t want you to have those 👎🙅‍♀️☹️). Many times they can be positive (YAY, find something that is one of these!🙌🎉🤗). Some examples are: exercise, art, music, dance, yoga, reading, cooking, hugging your pet—whatever it is that lets you exhale and release the tension. In this #LivetoTell, Kelly shows us one of her favorites and the positive impact it has in her life.
