Caroline Tebbens, MA, LMHC, NCC

Caroline is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and joins the Minding Your Mind community with extensive experience working in both independent schools and the field of mental health. After receiving her B.A. from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College, Caroline spent five years working in development at an independent school in Chicago. She received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University, and completed her clinical training at a number of mental health practices in the Chicago area. Caroline then completed a two-year postgraduate fellowship specializing in the relational treatment of complex trauma. Most recently, Caroline has served as a mental health counselor at independent schools in the greater Boston area, where she works clinically with students and helps bring mental health related programming to the school community. Caroline is a certified yoga instructor who is passionate about mental health education.
