Albania is a bilingual (Spanish) seasoned professional with a dynamic career spanning healthcare leadership, mental health advocacy, public health, and strategic business planning and management. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Bergen County Board of Mental Health in Hackensack, NJ, since June 2023, Albania drives community-focused initiatives to enhance mental health resources and raise awareness on suicide prevention. With a proactive approach, Albania evaluates proposals for new healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with community needs and fostering partnerships within the community as needed.

Albania holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, complementing practical experience with a solid foundation in mental health advocacy, food insecurity, and access to care. Albania’s passion for healthcare innovation and commitment to community service is evident in her proactive leadership and strategic contributions across healthcare and business sectors.
