Trish Larsen

Trish Larsen
Executive Director

Trish Larsen has more than 20 years of experience as a director of non-profits. Prior to joining Minding Your Mind in 2012, she served as the director of Contact Greater Philadelphia, the agency responsible for answering the National Suicide Lifeline in the Greater Philadelphia area. Her responsibilities included program development and agency oversight, and she also served as trainer and educational facilitator. In addition to crisis intervention training, Trish holds certificates in QPR Suicide Intervention Gatekeeper Training, a certification from CONTACT as an Adolescent Suicide Prevention Trainer, as well as certificates in Cognitive Therapy for Depression and Anxiety from the Beck Institute. She has advanced experience in non-profit fund and organizational development, strategic marketing, community resource expansion, as well as volunteer and program management. Sheila Gillin, LCSW

Sheila Gillin, LCSW
Clinical Director

Sheila is a licensed social worker and a certified child and adolescent psychotherapist with over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. In addition to her work with Minding Your Mind, she has a clinical counseling practice where she provides individual, family and group counseling to a broad range of clients including adults, adolescents and children. Carl Antisell

Carl Antisell
Managing Director of Operations and Training

Carl Antisell has taken his experience in business and marketing and now applies it to advocacy and education at a grassroots level, always with a focus on empowering youth to make change. He is one of the founders of the Haven in University City, a collegiate community focused on providing support for college students in recovery from substance use disorder. Carl also started the Philadelphia chapter of Young People in Recovery, a volunteer advocacy organization committed to reducing stigma and educating the community about the mental health aspect of addiction. Carl was a facilitator for the Lower Merion Youth Coalition and has been recognized as a community partner by Need In Deed for his work with them in inner city schools. Jordan Burnham

Jordan Burnham
Director of Student Engagement

Jordan has been with Minding Your Mind for ten years and holds the distinction of being our first Young Adult Speaker. He is an accomplished public speaker on mental health and suicide, sharing his powerful story of fighting depression and finding recovery. In 2008 he addressed a Congressional briefing on Capitol Hill and in 2013 he was invited to the White House for the National Conference on Mental Health, hosted by President Obama and Vice President Biden. Jordan has received numerous accolades for his work in mental health advocacy and has been profiled by Sports Illustrated, PEOPLE Magazine and USA Today. His piece, “Unbreakable,” for ESPN’s E:60 was nominated for an Emmy, and Jordan was interviewed by Anderson Cooper for the 2018 CNN special, “Finding Hope: Battling America’s Suicide Crisis.” Contact Jordan at jordan@mindingyourmind.org

Marianne Marquet

Marianne Marquet
School Programs Associate

Marianne holds a B.A in Sociology from the University of Richmond and spent a decade in corporate marketing and communications prior to shifting her focus to home and raising her three children. After years of community outreach and volunteer work, Marianne re-established a career in the non-profit sector at Minding Your Mind. Marianne has served on the board of several private schools over the years, in addition to six years as a member of the Board of Governors at St. Timothy’s School in Baltimore, MD. Marianne continues to follow her passion of community outreach by creating and organizing many volunteer opportunities in and around the greater Philadelphia area. Marissa Marschall, MS, LPC

Marissa Marschall, MS, LPC
Pennsylvania Regional Director

Marissa received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Delaware where she developed a passion for helping youth cope with life’s challenges. She attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she earned a Master’s in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology. As a licensed professional counselor, Marissa provided therapy for youth and adults struggling with mental illness and addiction. She has conducted behavioral health assessments to students in Philadelphia schools and referred them to appropriate counseling services. Most recently, Marissa supervised a therapeutic after school program aimed to divert youth from entering the juvenile justice system. Contact Marissa at marissa@mindingyourmind.org

Andrew Onimus

Andrew Onimus
Director of Corporate Programs and School Engagement

Andrew is a 2014 graduate of Muhlenberg College with degrees in Accounting and Finance. He worked in audit at KPMG LLP Philadelphia and then held a position as a senior analyst in finance at DLL, a financial services company in Wayne, PA. As Director of Corporate Programs and School Engagement, Andrew assists in implementing and marketing Minding Your Minds’ Corporate Education Program, with goals to provide education and resources for mental health issues and how to create an environment of advocacy and understanding within organizations. He also assists with the development of peer leadership school club activities and engagement. Andrew is an MBA candidate at West Chester University with expected completion in 2019. Mollye Readinger-Scott

Mollye Readinger-Scott
Director of Outreach

Mollye holds a B.A in Communications from Temple University and an M.S. in Pastoral Counseling from Neumann University. Before spending 15 years at home raising her three children, Mollye established a career in the non-profit field as the coordinator for high school leadership development for the Philadelphia Catholic Youth Organization and in development and events coordination for the Bethesda Project. She is a certified personal coach and a Facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, creating and facilitating leadership development and personal growth programs for both adults and young people. Maura Wheeler

Maura Wheeler
Director of Communications & Public Relations

Maura Wheeler has over 20 years of development and communications experience. Throughout her career, Maura has worked with not-for-profit organizations in education, health care, and the arts, as well the education foundation of a national trade association. She was the director of communications for an international buying group and acts as a private consultant in the areas of marketing, communications, media, and fundraising for clients in the for-profit and non-profit sectors of a variety of industries. Michelle Drolsbaugh

Michelle Drolsbaugh
New England Regional Director

Michelle comes to Minding Your Mind with a degree in marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship from Syracuse University. She has always loved finding innovative solutions and felt compelled to do this to address social justice issues and improve the lives of youth and families. With that, she attended graduate school at Fairfield University and obtained a master’s in marriage and family therapy. Although she is a licensed therapist, she prefers to focus on building collaborative relationships within the community and creating and supporting programming that is responsive, flexible, respectful, and meaningful. Most recently, she led a foster care program in Boston for youth who had experienced abuse and neglect and struggled with the impact of complex trauma. Outside of the office, she can be found hiking, reading, or walking her dog with frequent stops to smell the flowers. Contact Michelle at michelle@mindingyourmind.org

Jon Mattleman

Jon Mattleman, MS Counseling
Massachusetts Clinical Director

Across all of his work, Jon brings warmth, understanding, and patience…plus a healthy dose of humor! In his over 35 years of experience as a therapist and presenter, clients have felt comforted by his ability to acknowledge that the challenges they face are complex – and often downright exhausting! In acknowledgment of this, his work is grounded in delivering tools that can be implemented in real time. Jon holds a BA from Clark University, and an MS in Counseling from the University of Hartford. He served as Director of the Stoughton, MA Youth Commission from 1983 to 1993, and as Director of Needham, MA Youth Services from 1993 to June 2017. Catelin McCarriston

New England Outreach Coordinator

Catelin McCarriston holds a B.S. in psychology and a B.A. in philosophy from Salem State University. She is scheduled to graduate from Simmons University in 2020 with a master’s in social work. Catelin comes to Minding Your Mind with an extensive background working with children and adolescents across various school settings. Additionally, she is a founding member and executive director of a non-profit working to alleviate the struggles of homelessness for individuals on the north shore of Boston. Guy J. Iacono, LCSW

Guy J. Iacono, LCSW
New Jersey Regional Director

Guy Iacono is a licensed psychotherapist. After overcoming adversity in his younger years, Guy decided to use his life experience to help others. He attended Saint Joseph’s University where he studied sociology and philosophy and eventually went on to earn a Master’s in social work from Monmouth University. Before joining Minding Your Mind, Guy worked in both an outpatient and partial hospitalization program. Most recently, he served as clinician working with dual diagnoses (mental illness & chemical addiction). His experience ranges from addiction and crisis intervention to mood and personality disorders. In addition to his role with Minding Your Mind, Guy works with individual and groups in a private practice and coaches a youth baseball team. Contact Guy at guy@mindingyourmind.org.

Suzelle Marques

Suzelle Marques, MA, LPC
Clinical Facilitator

Suzelle is a licensed professional counselor and a certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist. She formerly worked at various outpatient mental health centers, and in a variety of school settings, providing individual counseling and additional support services to various age groups. Suzelle has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, and is currently practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey at her own private practice, where she provides individual and family counseling in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Suzelle believes that changing one single person’s perspective on mental health by providing the right education and resources can create a large scale ripple effect, effecting positive changes in those around us!
