Suzelle is a licensed professional counselor and a certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist. She formerly worked at various outpatient mental health centers, and in a variety of school settings, providing individual counseling and additional support services to various age groups. Suzelle has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, and is currently practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey at her own private practice, where she provides individual and family counseling in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Suzelle believes that changing one single person’s perspective on mental health by providing the right education and resources can create a large scale ripple effect, effecting positive changes in those around us!

Melissa Harrison, MA, LPC

Melissa Harrison, MA, LPC

Melissa is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in the treatment of eating disorders. She began her career at The Renfrew Center and worked both at the residential facility as a counselor as well as the outpatient facility where she worked in all levels of care and acted as a manager of the Intensive Outpatient unit. Melissa utilizes evidence-based therapy which includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Enhanced for Eating Disorders, Response-Prevention, and Prolonged Exposure to provide the gold standard treatments for all the psychiatric disorders that she treats.

Mollye Readinger-Scott, MA

Mollye Readinger-Scott, MA

Mollye has been facilitating retreats and workshops for over 20 years. She holds a B.A in Communications from Temple University and an M.S. in Pastoral Counseling from Neumann University . Mollye is also a certified co-active coach and a Facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator. In addition to her work with Minding Your Mind, Mollye has a private Coaching practice and works to create and facilitate leadership development and personal growth programs for both adults and young people.

Guy J. Iacono, LCSW

Guy J. Iacono, LCSW

Guy Iacono is a licensed psychotherapist. After overcoming adversity in his younger years, Guy decided to use his life experience to help others. He attended Saint Joseph’s University where he studied sociology and philosophy and eventually went on to earn a Master’s in social work from Monmouth University. Before joining Minding Your Mind, Guy worked in both an outpatient and partial hospitalization program. Most recently, he served as clinician working with dual diagnoses (mental illness & chemical addiction). His experience ranges from addiction and crisis intervention to mood and personality disorders. Sheila Gillin, LCSW

Sheila Gillin, LCSW

Sheila is a licensed social worker and a certified child and adolescent psychotherapist with over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. In addition to her work with Minding Your Mind, she has a clinical counseling practice where she provides individual, family and group counseling to a broad range of clients including adults, adolescents and children. She also serves as the Director of Graduate Admissions at Bryn Mawr College.
