Minding Your Mind: ONLINE
Minding Your Mind: ONLINE is a registration-based platform that exemplifies Minding Your Mind’s core values and unique approach to mental health education while allowing for ease of implementation regardless of the school setting or geographic location. Through web-based foundational mental health education, students can continue to learn from our Young Adult Speakers about the signs and symptoms of mental health conditions, as well as coping skills to manage many of life’s inevitable difficulties.
Through Minding Your Mind: ONLINE, programs and supporting material can be delivered in a variety of ways to accommodate all types of learning plans. These comprehensive mental health education programs can be delivered virtually, live or on-demand, coupled with material that addresses timely issues and instructional materials to support all of it. When a school registers for Minding Your Mind: ONLINE, officials will have the option to select a specific speaker and/or topic, and will be granted access to through a link to the presentation. The Young Adult Speaker program can be streamed live and available shortly thereafter on-demand to best match a school’s technological capability.
Additional fee-based instructional modules also will be available through Minding Your Mind: ONLINE. These will include foundational topics of mental health education as well practical tips to help students identify and develop coping skills. Supporting the instructional piece will be educational hand-outs, worksheets, and pre-recorded video content.

- Disordered Eating
- Social Media
Programs for parents, caregivers and educators will be added on an ongoing basis.
