Sara Eldridge, LCSW, is a trauma therapist. Sara received a master’s degree in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2015. In 2021, she completed a two-year integrated trauma studies program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. For the last several years, Sara has served as a domestic violence counselor and assistant director at Barrier Free Living. She has also facilitated numerous workshops on the intersections of domestic violence, disability, and trauma for victim service providers and other agencies. Prior to Barrier Free Living she worked with youth in alternatives to detention and incarceration programs, student veterans, sexual assault survivors, and crime victims.
Sara is located in New York City. In-person presentations beyond 90 miles may require a fee for travel expenses.
