Lianna Chong is passionate about helping the helpers. She works with teams and organizational leaders to educate caregivers on compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and creating cultures of resilience. She holds master’s degrees in Theological Studies and Organizational Psychology.
Lianna envisions a future where educators and human service providers have the supports needed to sustain their professional calling. To that end, Lianna has developed training based in research and practice to help individuals manage the emotional toll of their work. She helps foster supportive climates on teams and implement systemic improvements across organizations. Lianna is also a certified Fearless Organization Scan practitioner offering training and assessments on psychological safety in the workplace. Lianna has worked in the non-profit and education sectors for over 15 years. In addition to her consulting practice, she has served as adjunct faculty at William James College and teaches continuing education.
Lianna is located in the Greater Boston area. In-person speaking engagements outside that area may require a fee for travel expenses.
