Cheryl is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her B.S. in Psychology, with a minor in Child Psychology, and M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. Cheryl has a history of working in community mental health, in schools, and in private practice. Her work focuses on providing a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to those who have experienced challenges in life such as significant trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and loss. Cheryl has a special place in her heart for adolescents who need someone to hear, see, and validate their experience, and has helped families heal by building relationships that foster more understanding and connection.
Cheryl is located in Clay County, Florida. In-person speaking engagements outside that area may require a fee for travel expenses.
