Morgan’s self-doubt and insecurity led to anxiety and depression that eventually manifested into disordered eating, self-harm, and suicide ideation. Through her recovery, Morgan developed positive coping skills and learned how to love herself, turning that self-doubt into self-worth. She shares her story so that others know they are not alone and recovery IS possible.

Sarika grew up trying to please those around her in order to feel worthy. Her attempts to maintain a perfect image ultimately led to self harm and a suicide attempt. Therapy helped her discover the power of understanding and working through her emotions. Sarika hopes to inspire others to accept themselves for who they are and to appreciate each and every quality they possess.
When in high school, Timmy went from an elite student-athlete to someone who was dependent on drugs and alcohol. This lifestyle was a series of bad decisions that ended with time in jail. Recovery put Timmy on a path that led him to graduate from college Summa Cum Laude and realize his dream of becoming an NCAA national champion in lacrosse.
